I had an incredible time during my recent trip to Thailand! Last month, while doing some freelance work at Technopresso, I visited this vibrant country for a leisurely getaway and was captivated by its stunning temples and the colorful Loy Krathong & Lantern Festival, one of Thailand's most iconic celebrations. I also enjoyed some cafe hopping, fully immersing myself in the rich culture of Thailand.

WHAT THE EVENT IS ALL ABOUT?

This year's event was particularly thrilling as it focused on AI-POWERED SOLUTIONS & TECHNOLOGIES, a major trend in the market nowadays.

The event featured a broad array of advancements, from mobile and web applications to cloud computing, business software, cybersecurity, e-commerce & digital marketing, data management and cloud solutions, as well as smart solutions, IoT, and IoT, 5G technology, Web 3.0, and AI.

WHAT INTERESTING PRODUCTS & SERVICES WERE FEATURED?

With the event spotlighting AI technology, services using Generative AI have become very popular. One highlight was this charming character showcased at the booth, known as ALISA AI, Thailand's first generative AI. Powered by a large language model (GPT), Alisa excels in understanding and engaging in human-like conversations and offers natural Thai language expressions for text generation.

Numerous products, including Content Management Platforms, are now integrating AI technology to automate and optimize business processes. Additionally, several IT companies showcased their expertise in developing custom AI-powered solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs.

PERSONAL OPINION & IMPRESSION

The digital exhibition has been incredibly motivating for my career in the IT field. As a freelancer, along with my team at Technopresso who also align with current trends in the IT industry, it has provided me with the inspiration to dive into the burgeoning world of AI, which I am confident will have a profound impact on our future and daily lives. At the same time, witnessing the intense competition among industries striving to lead in AI-powered solutions has made me aware of the challenges ahead. This dual realization drives me to innovate and stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field. 

This realization prompted our team at Technopresso to develop and release our first generative AI-powered solution: a virtual assistant designed for BPO companies struggling with overwhelming customer volumes and long queues. Our solution aims to enhance customer service by offering a highly secure system with natural language capabilities.
